Nigerian Striker Osaze Odemwingie Returns

Good news for Sunday Oliseh as Eagles Striker, Osaze Odemwigie has returned from injury as he featured in Stoke City’s 3 – 1 win over Norwich on Wednesday January 13.

Bojan was replaced in the 54th minute by the Nigerian goal poacher who has been recuperating from injury since September 2015.
The substitution paid-off for Mark Hughes as Osaze helped Stoke get two more goals which ensured the home side win 3 – 1.
At the end of the game, the former West Bromwich Albion player tweeted:  “Thanks guys . Was good to get a run out in the best stadium in the world. Boys said back from Siberia, I said Antarctica.”
Odemwingie reveals he hopes to be available for first team selection in three to four weeks’ time after recovering.
Meanwhile, Super Eagles striker, as one of the three overage players’ to represent the country at the Rio 2016 Olympics.
