The Governor Ibikunle Amosun-led Ogun state government recently organized Christmas carol to mark the December 25 celebration in the state.
Other dignitaries present at the carol were Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, his wife, Bola Obasanjo, the governor’s wife, the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye and Presiding Bishop of The Living Faith Church, Dr. Bishop Oyedepo.

Meanwhile, workers in Ogun state had got every course to smile as the state government announced the payment of December salaries and a 10 per cent bonus.
Barrister Taiwo Adeoluwa, the secretary to the state government (SSG), said the payment of the December salary ahead of the Christmas Day celebration was a measure to ensure that civil servants in Ogun state celebrate the yuletide without financial hassles.
