A moment ago, an Instagram user shared the video of a man in Ibadan who climbed to the top of a billboard and threatened to jump to his death, Instablog reports.

The witness at the scene who shared the video reports that the man has been standing atop the board for over an hour and has refused to come down despite pleas from onlookers. His is yet to be identified.
