Lookbook Delight: Vonne debuts diffusion line with its Spring/Summer 2016 collection
Fast rising womenswear label, Vonne Couture, under the creative direction of Yvonne Nwosu, has launched its not so pocket friendly diffusion line with a collection that is hip and trendy for the young stylistas.
The diffusion line features a practical range with a bit of a risqué vibe of clothing that come in one-piece and separates. From ruffled skousers (Skirt-Trousers) to girly off-the-shoulder garments with contemporary hints of the 20’s and the 90’s, the Vonne collection incorporates into its diffusion line a couple of headlining trends for the 2016 season.
This is definitely one collection whose simplicity I find very sophisticated. I also find its versatility very appealing.
The collection’s adventurous garments are clearly for the styleholics who can stylishly make it work. The entire presentation reflects the labels ethos, a focus directed towards a new generation of fashion lovers. My only reservation would be on the label’s price points which you can look up on www.shopvonne.com. Aren’t diffusion lines all about affordable pieces for those who can’t afford a designer’s parent label?
