The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has invited former Niger Delta militant leader, Government Ekpemupolo (a.k.a Tompolo), for questioning.
Channels Tv reports that Tompolo was given one week to appear before the commission or he will be declared wanted.
The ex-militant is expected to appear at the EFCC training room on Thursday, December 17.
Earlier this week, the EFCC froze the accounts of Global West Vessel Specialists Nigeria Limited, which is owned by Tompolo.
In November, a similar invitation was extended to the ex-militant by the Head of Operations at the EFCC, Iliasu Kwabai, but he failed to appear and no correspondence was received from him.
