FHM Magazine bids its readers farewell in stunning fashion with Holly Willoughby covering its final issue
After 31 years, FHM Magazine has published its last-ever issue with a little help from the stunning Holly Willoughby.
Blowing a goodbye kiss to the camera, the 34-year-old This Morning presenter sizzles in a gorgeous black-and-white photo on the front cover of the farewell publication.
As well as Holly’s playful pose, the cover features a simple ‘bye x’ and the strap line ‘last ever issue 1985 2016’.
Speaking about being FHM’s final cover girl, Holly said: ‘It’s the end of an era and to be part of the final issue before FHM takes its place on the big shelf in the sky, has been a real honour.
‘We’ve both grown up together – I’ve had 3 children and you’ve had 314 issues but now, with a heavy heart, it’s time to bid you a fond farewell.’
It’s naturally not the first time Holly has appeared in the pages of the iconic lads’ mag and she’s a regular fixture in the annual FHM 100 Sexiest poll, last year finishing in 35th position behind winner Michelle Keegan.
The mum-of-three covered the issue once before in 2008 too – posing for a summer swimsuit edition.
Holly announced she would be on the final cover on Monday this week, having previously kept it top-secret from fans.
Eek!!! So there you have it, I'll be on the final @FHM cover out on Thursday, think you might see it on @itv2 now… Bye bye lads xxx

Over the years, FHM has done wonders for a number of famous female faces who have landed spots on the cover, including Melanie Sykes, Gail Porter, Helen Flanagan, Denise Van Outen and firm favourite, Keegan.
It was first published in 1985 as For Him Magazine, changing its name to FHM, but keeping For Him Magazine on the spine, in 1994.
While it started its life as a quarterly, it became a monthly mag in the same year and absolutely dominated the men’s magazine market, paving the way for rival titles.
