And so, Don Jazzy and Olamide decided to put an end to the messy Headies drama. As we reported earlier on, both CEOs shared a photo of them shaking hands – the good old way of ending a fight – and they also issued a joint statement.
But, how did their collective fans react to the peace pact?
Folks are super angry on social media, tweeting and posting angry notes. They had
expected a long, drawn out war akin to the recent Meek Mill vs Drake feud. Some anticipated a diss track from Olamide, a song which many already predicted would be another smash hit single. But the bottom was pulled on fans who had burned megabytes and invested emotions in this drama. LOL.
On Instagram, the comments under Olamide and Don Jazzy’s IG posts are over the roof, and Twitter folk aren’t left out on the drama; it is the top trending topic.
