one tablespoon of it contains 100 calories, 6 grams of fat, 2 grams of saturated fat and 11 grams of sugar. In comparison, generic cake frosting has 75 calories, 3 grams of fat, 1 gram of saturated fat and 7.5 grams of sugar.
So, it’s up to you to decide whether to feed your children with this for breakfast!
