ccording to the deputy manager of the hospital Osama Al-Sari, the septuplets are 6 boys and a girl weighing between 400 to 1100 grams, pointing out that the delivery surgery was carried out by three gynecologists and one pediatrician.
“The seven infants are in relatively unstable health conditions up until now because the equipment in the hospital cannot assist such cases, yet the mother’s health condition is very good.” Al-Sari added.
Few weeks ago, a woman in the central Mexican state of Guanajuato gave birth to the state’s first-ever set of septuplets, though one of the infants, a baby girl died.
