Seun Egbegbe, the new heartthrob of actress Toyin Aimakhu, has been around in the Yoruba movie industry for a while.
He is a member of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), but has penchant for movies, hence he has been investing in the industry in his own little way.
Egbegbe, a staunch supporter of fuji music star, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, has dated many of the Yoruba actresses, top of which was Moji Olaiya. But one of Egbegbe’s unpalatable acts is the habit of pummelling his mistresses in public at the slightest provocation.
Several other ladies have also been victims of Egbegbe and his thugs’ brutality at one point or the other. A popular Yoruba actress, who spoke to Naij.com under condition of anonymity, said: “that is why we all felt so disappointed that it is Seun Egbegbe of all people that our friend (Toyin Aimakhu) decided to date. I would rather remain single. I’m sure Toyin will soon have her fingers burnt for this grave mistake.”
Meanwhile, a very close friend of Egbegbe’s, squealed to Naij.com correspondent that the lanky union member “confessed to us that he is romancing Toyin just to enjoy some media and social attention, and to also add her to his list of ‘butchered’ celebrities. I can bet with anything that their relationship will soon hit the rocks in a very disastrous way. They are having some issues already.”
The source added that Egbegbe has also vowed to “give Johnson (Toyin’s ex) a good beating anytime their paths cross.”
Egbegbe, who was among the thugs that attacked and broke the windscreen of musician Saheed Osupa’s Chrysler automobile inside the LTV8 premises some years back, appears to be very possessive, and there are strong indications that his relationship with Toyin will likely not stand the test of time for obvious reasons.
But away from all of Egbegbe’s threats and plots, the Nollywood actress recently informed that she has now found a new life in Christ.
