Fast rising Nollywood actress Funmi Awelewa has disclosed
Actress Funmi Awelewa.
Speaking to Punch, Funmi explained that her acting career was the reason her relationship with former boyfriend ended.
According to her: “My ex boyfriend broke up with me because of my profession – acting. I don’t know what really happened, he just walked away, probably intimidated by the profession.”
In spite of the situation, she expressed optimism in finding love again.
She said: “In life, we encounter the good and the bad side of love. All I know is that I am grateful that I am still capable of love.”
Funmi Awelewa is a Nollywood filmmaker and actress who is fast becoming a big name in the movie industry.
She is based in Ibadan. Other than movies she is a fashion designer and model.
